Councilman Tom Morrow Wins Seat Until May 2010. THANK YOU!
Ward 2 Councilman, Tom Morrow, has proven to be a community leader pushing to add an alternate member to the Delran Sewerage Authority. The new DSA member will take NO compensation.
This will give Council the opportunity to take an inside look at the procedures used at the Sewerage Authority. This will make the decisions on spending and hiring visible and accountable to the residents.
As you may know, the new Council has openly discussed their desire to abolish the DSA and bring the men and women who actually do the work under the control of Council.

US Women's Team Wins Gold Medal
Delran native, Carli Lloyd, scored the game winning, overtime goal in the Olympic finals to beat Brazil. Carli made the US Olympic Soccer team for the first time and proved to be a tremendous addition to the team. Her goal in the final game came approximately six minutes into overtime in a scoreless game.
We thank our Olympic Champion, Carli Lloyd, for her hard work and for making Delran proud!
The parade and special celebration honoring Carli Lloyd on Labor Day was a smashing success. Carli was honored with several legislative Resolutions and Proclamations. Many of her former coaches spoke of here dedication to both soccer and the young athletes that she inspires. Congratulations Carli Lloyd.

Seeking Your Input on the Issues That Matter
The “Change for Delran's Future” Team sent a random sample survey to registered voters all over town. On Monday, March 3rd, the Paris, Catrambone and Moran Team mailed out an in-depth survey to randomly selected voter's homes. This is the first step that the team will take to reach out to the residents for their input on the issues that matter most. If you would like to fill out a survey, print it and return to the address listed in the letter.
